Duane Kraaikamp Funeral Details

The funeral for Duane Kraaikamp will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, December 31st at Bethel Evangelical Missionary Church in Three Hills. There will be an overflow room in the gymnasium with closed circuit video, if extra space is needed. Also, there will be childcare for children up to age 6 so that families can attend. It will be a very special service as Duane did much of the planning for it, and the choice of music and message will reflect his wishes.

To help the Kraaikamp family, there will be a trust account set up at Community Savings Bank in Three Hills, where you can make a gift to them. It should be setup by midday Wednesday.

Also, we are continuing to provide meals for the family and if you would like to do so, you can contact Jeannie Houghton (you can email me for her contact info).

I know how thankful Crystal and the family are for all of your prayers and support. Please keep praying for them during this time.

  1. We’ll be praying for everyone involved in the funeral and especially for Crystal and the boys on Wednesday.

  2. Hi, thanks for keeping this blog up while Duane was sick. I am one of Crystals friends from high school, and there were a few of us that used this blog to keep up. The funeral was excellent, there is something so right about worshiping God even through sadness. Thanks again.

  3. Hi Desiree,

I am glad that the blog has been helpful to you and to others. I am thankful for how the Lord has used it to let many people keep up to date during Duane’s sickness and to focus their prayers and support.
